An Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) is a comprehensive review ofthe City's laws, regulations, administrative policies, procedures and practices inaccordance with the Fair Housing Act of 1988. It requires an assessment of how thoselaws, etc., affect the location, availability and accessibility of housing, and an assessmentof conditions, both public and private, affecting fair housing choice. The Consultant shall collaborate with the City's Redevelopment Division of theNeighborhood Services Department in the identification, development, scheduling andimplementation of activities designed to complete a HUD-acceptable Analysis ofImpediments to Fair Housing Choice. The project shall include the following activities:1.3.2An examination of pertinent data including demographic, income, employment andhousing data as well as studies that have been completed that relate to fair housing
