The consultant will provide ADA Coordinator Services including, but not limited to: • Public Accommodation Requests and Review: Assist with the intake, review, and response to public accommodation requests. • Complaint or Grievance Review and Response: Review and respond to ADA-related complaints or grievances. • Review and Update Notices and Postings: Ensure all required ADA notices and postings are current and in compliance with federal and state regulations. • Review and Update City’s Accessibility Policies, Procedures, and Practices: Evaluate and update the City’s accessibility policies to ensure compliance with the ADA and other relevant standards. • Review and Update City’s Accommodation Statements and Policies: Ensure that accommodation statements reflect current best practices and legal requirements. • Review and Update City’s Grievance Policy and Procedures: Review and update the City’s grievance policies to ensure clarity, accessibility, and compliance. • Review and Update City’s Accessibility Training Practices: Evaluate and update training materials and delivery methods to ensure that City staff are effectively trained on ADA compliance and accessibility standards
