Amendment 01 - Adds document with drawings to SOW and uploads site visit attendee information.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for the construction of an irrigation well phase 1 at 4334 Putah Creek Road in Winters CA 95694. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $100,000,000.
USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.
The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 237110 with a size standard of $45M.
Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/.
