1 1 LS Per Notice Inviting Bid furnish all labor, material and equipment to mobilize, demobilize, and provide cleanup of project site: provide all bonds, insurances, and obtain all permits, (60% due at mobilization, 40% due at demobilization) 2 1 LS Provide Engineering and Permit Package including plans and stamped engineered drawing suitable for the procurement of a building permit 3 1 LS Per specification furnish all labor, material, and equipment as required to provide public convenience, safety, and fencing to delineate and protect the work sites including shrubbery and trees. 4 1 LS Demolition: Demolition and Disposal of old gutters, broken fascia boards and two sets of metal doors in storage area and any additional materials. 5 1 LS Exterior Walls/Painting: Pressure wash the concrete walls and trim of entire building, patch and repair cracks, holes and trim work, as needed. Apply a coat of primer to all walls, doors and trim and apply two coats of paint to the wall, doors and trim. Use Elastomeric paint or equivalent for all concrete areas. Colors to be selected by City Staff. 6 1 LS Painting Metal Shade Covering on Exterior Windows: Apply a coat of primer to all metal coverings and apply two coats of paint to the coverings.
