Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to provide alarm monitoring service including associated fire alarms) at various locations in Point Mugu State Park, Leo Carrillo State Park, Malibu , Malibu Lagoon/ Adamson House, Malibu Creek State Park, as set forth in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. If the alarm company is not receiving alarm communications, the contractor will notify the project manager (State Representative) of the contract within 24 hours of notification. Contractor will provide up to fifty (50) service calls through the term of the contract and at the rate(s) defined under Exhibit B, Attachment 1. Contractor will allow up to one (1) hour per service call, not including parts during normal business hours. Should additional time be necessary the Contractor must advise the State Representative. Contractor to respond within 24 hours from the time the request for service is made. This provision for service calls is not part of the Contractor's requirement to set up and end connectivity in connection with the term of the agreement. No additional consideration beyond monthly payment for service will be given for starting or ending connectivity.
