Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor will respond to service calls from the Department of Water Resources within 24 hours of notification. B. The Contractor must perform the necessary maintenance to ensure proper and efficient operation of the alarm system. Repair or replace existing equipment with compatible equipment if necessary. Any equipment replacement if needed, will be purchased by the Contractor and then invoiced to the Contract Manager. Existing equipment includes: Luxriot camera monitoring system, Kidde fire monitoring system, and Bosch burglary system (see Exhibit A, Attachments 1-4). C. The Contractor will monitor the security system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. D. The Contractor will contact DWR Personnel if the alarm is triggered. A Contact list will be provided upon finalization of contract. E. The Contractor must be licensed with the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
