4. The Contractor will provide all labor, licenses, certifications, materials, tools, transportation, and any other items of expense necessary to provide 24-Hour Alarm Monitoring, Panic Button Monitoring, Fire Alarm Monitoring, Daily Test Timer, and Full Maintenance Service for existing DWR owned alarm systems at the Lake Oroville Visitors Center. 5. The Contractor is required to possess and maintain a valid C-10 Electrician Contractor License issued by the Contractor’s State License Board (CSLB), a California Alarm Operator License, and a current Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) Registration Certification throughout the term of this agreement. 6. The Contractor must provide on-site response within two (2) hours for service when requested by DWR. 7. The Contractor is to provide basic monitoring by a central station with 24-hour coverage. 8. The Contractor must respond to alarms by notification within sixty (60) seconds of Alarm and/or Panic Button activation. 9. In the event of an intrusion, notifications must be made to the Oroville Police Department at (530) 538-2401 and the Oroville Field Division’s Area Control Center at (530) 534-2499. 10. Open and Close reports must be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as agreed upon by the Contract Managers. 11. Remote diagnostics and code changes must be done remotely within one (1) hour of DWR’s request along with email or phone confirmation of completion of request.
