Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, support services, and preventive maintenance, including “Moves, Adds, and Changes” (MACs), for the Airport’s Security Systems and associated network to ensure that the Access Control System (ACS), Video Management System (VMS), Identity Management System (IDMS), and associated hardware, interfaces, and all their subcomponents are fully functional throughout the term of the contract for the sole purpose of providing proper, safe, and reliable operations of the security systems at LGB. B. The services consist generally of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, lifts, equipment, services, and supervision required to perform all maintenance and repair/replacement services, preventive maintenance, programming, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, modifications, or installing new equipment, devices, and components as necessary, updating all documentation to reflect security system-related components MACs, repairs, and maintaining an onsite spare parts inventory for all security systems at LGB. C. Prepare and administer Genetec Systems training annually for airport staff. Training shall be partitioned into three succinct categories: 1) Operator Training, 2) Administrator Training, and 3) Basic End User Training. Each category of training shall consist of 8 hours of instruction based on Genetecapproved training materials and current versions of Genetec systems software installed at the time. D. The Contractor shall provide repair and preventive maintenance services for security systems and associated hardware, including controllers, modules, card readers, door locking, sensors, horns, lights, relays, switches, ID badge printers, fingerprint scanners, ID digital cameras, badge printer consumables (ribbons, print cartridges, laminates, etc.), credential stock, emergency call boxes, intercoms, cameras, encoders, and power supplies with batteries.
