The City of El Paso de Robles (City), is soliciting qualified firms for renovations and enhancements at the Paso Robles Municipal Airport, specifically at the Wing Way entry and the Airport Terminal. The Airport Terminal was built in 2000 and is used as the gateway to the City via air. The terminal houses the Airport administration offices, a successful restaurant (Joes 1-9er Diner), and the Airport fuel and ground handling provider (FBO), Loyd’s Aviation. The building is in satisfactory condition but is in need of an updated color scheme and accoutrements to match the vision of the Airport and Paso Robles as an upscale wine country destination and future Space Port. Over the next five years the proposed expansion of the Airport Terminal is expected to be to the south. This expansion will add additional passenger and crew facilities for a new executive FBO building.
