The SHC Department is looking for consulting services that would provide primary consulting services to assist with SHC programs and the ability to provide in-depth, topic-specific services including third-party reviews of SFO programs. These topic specific-services must be completed by individuals with extensive experience in the specific topic area and may be completed by a subcontractor. These topic-specific services may be used on an as-needed basis as a part of the overall service contract multiple times or not at all. The expectation is that the primary consultant will be responsible for services to support the SHC Department with strategic planning, research, program, or system development, technological transitions, contracts work, or any other administrative work the department deems necessary to support the Airport’s Compliance process. The service expectation for each topic is the capability of providing a comprehensive review of the Airport’s operations on the topic then produce a report assessing the current state, proposed improvements, and a comparison with other airports and industries. Project management services and resources to implement change shall be available at the Airport’s request. These topic-specific services may include assessing new regulations or technology. Topic-specific work can include developing reports, analytics, or presentations and facilitating meetings, discussions, or assessments.
