Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Palm Springs requires a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, service, along with insurance to provide the Airport with a maintenance and service agreement for critical components of the Airport’s Security Access Control System (SACS) and Video Management System (VMS). A. General 1. The contractor shall provide maintenance and support of all components identified using appropriately trained service technicians. Contractor shall provide onsite and telephone support twenty-four (24) hours/seven (7) days a week within specified resolution times in section II-C. 2. The term of the contract shall be for Three (3) years with two (2) one (1) - year renewal extension options, for a total term not to exceed Five (5) years. B. Hardware 1. The contractor shall provide maintenance on a quarterly schedule for all hardware components (See Section III-A-1 and Section IV-A-1; C-1). Maintenance shall include cleaning and testing for proper operation. Documentation shall be provided to Airport on maintenance schedule and quarterly results of maintenance. 2. If spare parts are available, the contractor shall pull replacement parts from spare inventory, and replace inventory within 5 business days (See Section IV-C-1, Table 1).
