The City of Santa Monica Airport seeks bids from BRIVO authorized vendors to service and repair the airport security gates and Access Control System (BRIVO). Vendor to furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various types/manufacturer gate controllers (and related items), access badge readers (and related items), for maintenance, repair, and service on an as needed and preventive basis. Vendor shall provide service for all city owned gates and BRIVO related equipment including but not limited to electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and have to the ability to respond to an emergency call out within 2 (two) hours of notification. Additionally, the Vendor shall be accessible via phone call 24/7 to receive the emergency callout request.
