The Contractor shall provide the following testing, cleaning, balancing, and certification services: a. Air balance the CTC four (4) Isolation rooms: 214, 217, 221, 224; four (4) Ante rooms: 213, 218, 220, 225, and adhere to State and Federal Laws. All four (4) Isolation rooms shall be set above the Uniform Mechanical Code’s (UMC) minimum requirements: twelve (12) negative air changes per hour and seventy-five (75) Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) difference between supply and exhaust air. All four (4) ante rooms shall also be set to UMC’s minimum requirements of then (10) air changes per hour. Isolation rooms pressure reading shall be compared to the adjunct hallway/corridor. Isolation rooms must be negative with respect to the ante rooms. Ante rooms must be negative with respect to the adjacent hallway/corridor. Contractor shall provide hardcopy and electronic copy of the certified reports of the negative rooms air balance and testing. Contractor shall replace or repair any failed or sub-standard components. b. Measure the room air-exchanges at one (1) hour intervals, during a four (4) hour time frame and determine if the calculated Room Air-exchange Rate (RAR) / Hour (Hr.) for each room/suite is compliant with the latest California Occupational and Safety Health Agency (Cal/OSHA) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) Regulations. c. Provide the integrity testing and certification of the HEPA filtration systems, located at CTC and PIP.
