1. Contractor agrees to provide the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) with a preventative maintenance program and services for two (2) air compressors, two (2) coalescing/particulate air filters, and one (1) clay oil water separator located at Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla, California. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, spare parts, materials, non-consumable supplies, parking fees and bridge tolls, insurance, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. B. Services shall be performed on the equipment delineated in the Equipment Listing, Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.
