• Negotiating with respondents to the SLA Notice of Availability in compliance with the law. • Evaluating proposed ground lease terms. • Evaluating financial feasibility of complex proposals that integrate affordable housing with commercial opportunities. • Comparing total development costs and evaluating developer fee proposals. • Coordinating, analyzing, and monitoring projects, including affordable housing projects, to ensure compliance with goals, objectives and requirements of the City. • As-needed consulting related to affordable housing programs and the development and preservation of affordable housing. • Grant management of affordable housing funds, including but not limited to grant applications and grant reporting.
