Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has established team fees and will handle registration, players and teams. The City also helps to promote and market the leagues. League Directors are paid a portionof each team fee received. The Soccer League Director will be responsible for:•Marketing the leagues and any tournaments •Preparing the league schedule •Maintaining a website to post league schedules and record and report game results •Securing and scheduling qualified official to referee games (Teams pay officials fees in addition to team league fees) •Game supervision, including performing participant, referee and spectator conflict resolution as required •Communicating with participants and officials
