A. Include a recovery model that: 1. Enable services to be provided to a diverse member base. 2. Facilitate and promote recovery and empowerment in behavioral health members. B. Provide member-directed interventions to include, but not be limited to: 1. Individualized wellness recovery action plans; 2. Peer supports, social outings, and recreational activities; 3. Broad range of personalized social development services and classes, some of which may be selected and provided by members 4. Substance abuse relapse prevention and recovery support groups. Collaboration with community support groups to include hosting groups of interest such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). These groups will meet to provide members with an avenue for full recovery. The Center may offer ongoing 12- step groups geared towards members maintaining sobriety and healthy living. 5. De-escalation of potential conflicts and crisis intervention for both members and staff. 6. Services provided by individuals with lived experience. Peer Crepitation is highly desirable. 7. Services based upon a non-reliance of professionals and focus on peer-to-peer support in a non- judgmental environment. 8. A variety of weekend, evening, and holiday social activities that will increase the member’s socialization skills and encourage integration into the community. 9. Act as a support network during hours of the day when members may find themselves isolated and/or without healthy social activities. 10. Develop and publish a weekly/monthly schedule of activities. C. Providing services to a minimum of eighty-five (85) members each day of operation for the Central region program, a minimum of fifty-five (55) members each day of operation for the West region program, and a minimum forty (40) consumers each day of operation for the South region program.
