Specifications include, but are not limited to: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting bids for Administration Building Remodel. Project includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, inspection, and testing for doing all Work involved in constructing the lobby improvements at 1400 29th Street, complete in place. The foregoing includes, without limitation, mobilizations, general conditions, maintaining existing SacRT operations, selective demolition, wall and ceiling framing and finishing, architectural woodwork, tile flooring, carpeting, doors, door hardware, painting, electrical and communications conduits, boxes, conductors and cabling, lighting and lighting controls, door access controls, security cameras, HVAC improvements and modifications and all ancillary improvements as shown on the Plans.
