1. Coordinate all Services to be provided with the VTA Technology Department for the following: preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, installations, and testing to assure safe continuous operation of security systems; 2. Provide a fixed proposal for any new enhancements above $3,000.00; any enhancements above $3,000.00 will require VTA written approval in order to proceed; 3. Provide (i) emergency services 24/7, and (ii) non-emergency on call services as needed; 4. Provide (i) a dedicated engineer to be available, when needed, who meets the qualifications listed in this RFP (use of other engineers is limited to vacation or sick leave), (ii) tools required to provide the Services, and (iii) a vehicle for the engineer to use that is appropriate for the Services; 5. Provide (i) a technician, when needed, who meets the qualifications listed in this RFP, (ii) tools required to provide the Services, and (iii) a vehicle for the engineer to use that is appropriate for the Services; 6. Allow VTA the option to request the reassignment of the engineer or technician if the assigned engineer or technician does not demonstrate all required skills; and 7. Provide a replacement employee holding the minimum requirements set forth in this RFP if VTA requests that the engineer or technician be replaced; any replacement employee will be subject to final approval by VTA.
