Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and select Contractor(s) to provide services for the installation and/or upgrade of an existing access control system for the Police Department facility. Services are to include the installation of additional controlled access points, the replacement of existing controlled access points, maintenance, and administration of upgrades.; This project consists of four different phases and will include but is not limited to, the installation of door controllers, fob access pads, and the design and installation of a software control system that administers the fobs, fob sensors, and door controllers used by Police Department staff. Phase I of the project will be to replace and upgrade existing access control system, software, and hardware. Phase II through Phase IV of this project will be for installation of new access control at additional locations within the Police Department facility dependent on funds availability and/or budget of upcoming fiscal year(s).
