The Contractor must provide Access Control System (ACS) Upgrades: 1) Commission new system by building a new server and loading the operating system and pre-load application software and licenses. Configure network setting and add new server to existing CalVet network using existing CalVet security policies and configurations. 2) Provide and set up a new Avigilon Access Control Module (ACM). CalVet will not be hosting the ACM on any virtual servers. 3) Provide, install, configure and test one (1) Desktop Win 11 workstation with preloaded client applications. 4) Provide, install, configure and test one (1) Fargo DTC4500e card printer. The card printer must work with the new ACS. 5) Upgrade any outdated, obsolete, non-compatible or discontinued door panel controllers with new, compatible, and industry approved controllers. 6) Provide, install, configure, and maintain the emergency “Panic Button” function that automatically locks all doors from the outside, only, with a one touch button. The system must allow unlocking of specific doors through the camera intercom.
