Specifications include, but are not limited to: .A EQUIPMENT Vendor MUST have a demonstrated level of proficiency with both Milestone and CCure implementations. The surveillance system currently comprises of 2 Milestone servers, 2 monitoring workstations, 1 mobile monitoring device (iOS), software, approximately 45 Sony cameras, 4 gate control camera / intercoms, 2 entrance cameras, badge printer and ID cards. The C-Cure 9000 access control system controls access at both locations via approximately 35 card readers, approximately 7 wired and 1 wireless duress buttons, numerous burglar panels, glass break sensors, motion detectors and approximately 10 keypads. B MAINTENANCE At a minimum the maintenance will include 2 semi-annual on-site visits to clean all camera lens, upgrade of both the Milestone and C-Cure software to current patch levels and inspection of all sensors. C MONITOR Monitoring is 24/7/365 with audible alarms, email notifications and telephone calls for alarm response. Current monitoring of the burglar and fire panels are done via IP and cellular connections. D SUPPORT Support will be available 24/7/365 for emergencies and available Monday through Friday, 7AM to 6PM Pacific time for routine issues. Emergency on-site response must be no later than 4 hours after notification. Routine on-site response will be no more than 72 hours after notification.
