Contractor Supervision. The Contractor shall designate one or more of its employees or agents to be the Project Supervisor. Such Supervisor shall: Be responsible for scheduling and overseeing all work of authorized subcontractors and vendors at the project site; Maintain a daily activity report (job log) on each well plugged or site restoration actions taken and submit to the KCC designated representative within one week of the completion of plugging operations. Drilling Services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to perform Drilling Services under the Contract. Such labor, materials, equipment and services shall include at a minimum: A wash-down pump should be provided to wash down the plugging string. The pump should be capable of pumping three (3) barrels per minute.
