The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is seeking a general contractor (hereafter "Contractor") for a well plugging / site restoration program for approximately 8 wells on the Fife (Rowlett-Geiger) Lease Project in Miami County, Kansas. Bids submitted will be based on rates for various labor, equipment, goods and services to be provided either by or through the Contractor. Operators License Required. The Contractor must be a licensed operator with the Conservation Division of the KCC pursuant to K.S.A. 55-155 and must directly provide a minimum of 15% of the labor, goods, services, or equipment used in the completion of the plugging program for this project.
