Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is seeking a general contractor (hereafter “Contractor”) for a well plugging / site restoration program for approximately 21 wells on the Doty Lease Project in Allen County, Kansas. Bids submitted will be based on rates for various labor, equipment, goods and services to be provided either by or through the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to perform the work described in this contract. The Contractor shall be totally responsible for all actions and work performed by the Contractor, or any of the Contractor’s employees, agents, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
