The County of Riverside Purchasing, on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO), Major Crimes Bureau (MCB) and Special Investigations Bureau (SIB), is seeking competitive bids for automatic car wash services with a monthly subscription for unlimited car washes as detailed in this Quick Quote (QQ). MCB and SIB supports Riverside County in investigating major crimes and complex cases which are reviewed extensively within the Sheriff’s Office and most often presented to a jury. These bureaus collaborate with allied agencies throughout the county and other specialized units throughout California. Law enforcement vehicles requiring automatic car wash services include sedans, full-size SUV’s, pick-up trucks, and full-size twelve (12) passenger vans. The automatic car wash facility must accommodate all vehicles within a 6-mile radius from 3650 14 th St. in Riverside, CA. For this bid, RSO estimates automatic car wash services for approximately 128 vehicles. Vehicle counts may increase or decrease per bureau based on fleet availability. No minimum or maximum number of vehicles and washes is implied or guaranteed. After each wash, the vehicle exterior, including windows and windshields, must be free of dirt, dust, residue, and watermarks and have tire and wheel cleaning and dressing.
