AMENDMENT 0002This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The scope of work for this requirement will include Facility Support Contract (FSC) services associated with Annex 1700000 Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE). This requirement is for non-recurring services necessary to provide: all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide autobody repair services, painting, and/or refinishing services of Government owned automotive type vehicles and other non-tactical highway use type equipment to include trucks, trailers, firefighting apparatus, and similar type equipment for the Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT), Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California.
