Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will be responsible for providing sound and/or audio recording services for the County’s HIV Commissions’ standing monthly and special meetings, which includes several all-day meetings annually. Occasionally, the Commission will extend their regular meetings, schedule additional meetings, and/or hold public hearings. Standing meetings are usually held at —Department of Mental Health (DMH) Headquarters, 510 S. Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90020, which may change, as needed, as venues for special and extended meetings will vary. Occasionally the Vendor will need to provide video recording services as well as video editing as needed by the HIV Commission. Most of the Video recordings will be done in association with our ongoing standing meetings. As a Brown Act-covered bodies, the Commission is required to audio-record their meetings. For recording purposes and due to the size of the meetings, Commission meetings require sound amplification services. Sound and audio services must be sufficient to capture the dialogue of a 50+ Commission and membership and typical audiences of 20 – 100 participants.
