The Project work includes improvements within and adjacent to the UPRR and BART rights-of-way between the existing Union City BART Station and Duncan Way, as shown and described in the Contract Documents. Within the UPRR right-of-way, the work consists of building at-grade crossing approaches, asphalt conforms (to existing concrete panels), concrete stairs and ramp structures, UPRR maintenance vehicle access ramps and associated grading. In addition, drainage pipes and ditches will be constructed to provide drainage within the UPRR right-of-way. Other items include granite cladding, railing, lighting and landscaping. The engineer's estimate for this project is being updated and will be included in an updated Notice which will be available on City's website
