Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of San Diego is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Full Service Partnership (FSP) and Substance Use Outpatient Services (“Offerors”). Contractor shall operate a Countywide Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funded Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Full Service Partnership (FSP) for persons who have a serious mental illness (SMI), including those with co-occurring substance use, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Program shall serve these individuals in partnership with designated housing authorities to provide access to an array of housing opportunities. Contractor shall provide ACT services with a rehabilitation and recovery focus to adults who meet eligibility criteria.
