Contractor shall provide vehicle abatement services, including storage services for either operable and/or inoperable vehicles. 5.1.1 At a minimum, the storage facility shall: 5.1.1.1 Be a fenced or enclosed secure area; An "enclosed secure area" typically refers to a restricted or controlled space that is enclosed by physical barriers such as walls, fences, or gates, and is designed to prevent unauthorized access. 5.1.1.2 Have sufficient storage space to accommodate tow volume of up to thirty (30) vehicles for up to a 90-day period. 5.1.1.3 Be able to store operable vehicles for up to ninety (90) days; and 5.1.1.4 Be accessible to County staff between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 5.2 When notified by the County, contractor shall remove vehicle (s) within five (5) days of issuance of OVR form, by properly disposing or storing vehicles in an environmentally responsible manner and in accordance with legal regulations. Contractor shall be a California state-licensed auto dismantler, California state-licensed scrap iron processor, or California state-licensed junkyard, and state business license must be valid throughout the life of this contract.
