Specifications include, but are not limited to: In coordination with the Epidemiology Unit within the Epidemiology and Immunization Services Branch (EISB) of Public Health Services (PHS), Contractor shall coordinate and administer a countywide Infectious Disease Temporary Lodging Program for individuals required to isolate for a specified number of days to prevent further spread of an infectious disease. As directed by PHS, Contractor shall provide services as-needed for individuals who do not have other shelter options while isolating from a communicable/infectious disease. Services shall include overall program administration, screening and intake, lodging, daily food/meals, in-person welcome/check-in, daily wellness checks, transportation, and cleaning/laundry.
