1. GENERAL 1.1. The San Diego County Sheriff's Office, Reentry Services Division, requires t-shirts for Incarcerated Persons (IP) to support operations at its Commissary Warehouse. Contractor shall supply these t-shirts on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document. 2. SPECIFICATIONS 2.1. T-Shirts for incarcerated persons shall have: 2.1.1. Crew neck, bleached white in color 2.1.2. 100% pre-shrunk cotton, 5.0 to 5.3 oz. per square yard. 2.1.3. Double stitched with reinforced taped seams 2.1.4. Rib collar 2.1.5. U.S. standard sizes from Medium to 8X-Large. 2.1.6. Brand/Style must be Gildan #5000, Fruit of the Loom 3930R, or Hanes Authentic Tee 2.1.7. Will accept any style of Gildan, Fruit of the Loom or Hanes for sizes 7X-8X. 2.1.8. Tagless or tearaway tag required. 2.1.9. No pockets. 2.1.10.Not to exceed 8% shrinkage. 2.1.11.The County will not accept shirts that contain any irregularities.
