Contractor shall provide as-needed repair and maintenance services for small water systems at twelve (12) County Park locations. The work in general shall include but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, potholing, demolition, and removal and hauling of all associated piping, fittings, water meters, water storage tanks, valves, hydrants, thrust blocks, chemical feeders and any other appurtenances of the water system as required by the contract task order; and general site work, clearing, grading, and grubbing work associated with work performed on the water system. Work shall also include disinfection of the small water system (requires small water systems operator certificates issued by the California State Water Resource Control Board- Division of Drinking Water) and water sampling after work is concluded on a project in order to assure that the potable water is safe to drink.
