3.1. Goals: Contractor shall provide the services described herein to accomplish the following goals: 3.1.1. Provide safe and reliable transportation for Harm Reduction Services Program (HRSP) participants to ensure access for medical, substance use treatment, case management or other supportive services as needed. 3.1.2. Provide services to Harm Reduction Services Program (HRSP) participants with special needs, including, but not limited to, ability to escort passenger into appointment, allowing additional adult passenger(s) to accompany participant, wheelchair transport, vision impaired and the hearing impaired, language/translation assistance, child car seats and booster seats, service animals, allowing small personal items and products (including oxygen tanks). 3.2. Outcome Objectives: Contractor shall achieve the following objectives: 3.2.1. Transport should arrive at the designated pickup location with a minimum pick-up wait time of check in (not to exceed 2 hours), and have the dispatch provide an estimated time of arrival. 3.2.2. Contractor shall pick-up and drop-off Harm Reduction Services Program (HRSP) participants to various locations within the County of San Diego.
