6.1. The Contractor, shall include the following translation services, if required, for the training services: 6.1.1. English 6.1.2. Spanish 6.2. Throughout the term of the agreement, the Contractor shall provide up to twelve (12) training seminars lasting in length at least two to three hours (2-3 hrs.) each session. Sessions shall provide comprehensive practical labor law training, including the ability to provide answers to questions from attendees regarding practical advice for labor law compliance. The training seminars can be conducted in a “virtual” environment, based upon prior approval by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The training seminars' training dates and times will be determined by the COR. 6.3. The Contractor shall work collaboratively with OLSE to schedule and develop up to twelve (12) training seminars. In addition, OLSE shall provide prior approval for any training scheduled and developed pursuant to the scope of work. 6.3.1. The OLSE retains the exclusive right to decide whether to approve any publication or reporting that references the OLSE or the work performed pursuant to the contract by the Contractor. 6.4. Outreach Materials: 6.4.1. Under the supervision of the OLSE, the Contractor shall develop all training materials. All materials created, produced, or used to complete any tasks in the scope of work must be pre-approved by the COR prior to distribution. 6.5. Program Monitoring and Evaluation: 6.5.1. The Contractor shall provide monthly and quarterly reports to the OLSE, pursuant to the OLSE’s direction, summarizing progress towards the scope. The Contractor shall also participate in quarterly meetings and monthly check-in calls with OLSE staff to review the Contractor’s activities and plans. 6.5.1.1. At a minimum, monthly reporting will describe the following: 6.5.1.1.1. Number of Community Presentations completed in the previous month 6.5.1.1.2. The total number of employers counseled
