Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office (SDCDA) is seeking highly qualified contractors to provide professional design and development services, including creative, graphic, web, social media, digital, mobile application design, and branding. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period for consulting services, project management and implementation and creative development for graphic design, web design and implementation, and mobile application development in support of SDCDA projects/campaigns as-needed. Contractors may submit proposals in the categories listed below and described herein. Pursuant to Section 1.4.4. of the service template, any subcontracts must have prior concurrence of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). 1.1. Graphic design services in formats that include, but are not limited to, print, web, digital, and social media. 1.2. Web design, development, custom coding, hosting, content management, security, support, and maintenance. 1.3. Mobile application design, development, custom coding, content management, support, and maintenance.
