All work under the As-Needed Agreement would be initiated by a Regional Parks Project Manager. This could occur via telephone conversation, e-mail, fax, or regular mail. Specific details of each work assignment would be determined during this project initiation, including the specific project scope of work, schedule for completion of the specific project, cost estimate, and payment provisions. Consultant shall undertake research and develop a thematic strategy and create a list of graphic resources to support the themes including: a. Identify existing resources including original illustrations of landscape, plant life, wildlife, current or historic photographs, existing graphic maps or illustrated watercolor maps, and/or diagrams and discuss what approaches (photos, maps, original illustrations, diagrams, etc.) will be most appropriate to represent the project. b. Locate and list outside images required for possible inclusion in the final layout and ensure that a high resolution digital version of each is available for use.
