Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking qualified bidders who can provide AMAG Technology’s Symmetry access control system security, locksmith, and software installation, maintenance, and repairs. This includes software and hardware licensing, vendor access support, system upgrades, hardware, maintenance, hardware upgrades, and new installations. A full range of door access control system services is required and will be requested on an on-call, as-needed basis by individually assigned Task Orders. Services to the County will include all maintenance, repairs, and support for existing systems and equipment. The maintenance services include all software, equipment, parts, labor, and onsite configuration expertise support.
