The architectural services firm (hereinafter “Architect”) shall provide required architectural services for the Project. Architect shall provide those services with special emphasis on design efficiency, cost control, schedule control, document control, contractor compliance, and management of information. The services required include, without limitation, the following general categories: a. Possess measurable expertise with STEM school construction; b. Collaboration and communication with Owner, including regular meetings and updates; c. Hiring and supervising consultants and personnel; d. Assistance in preparing comprehensive educational specifications; e. Site plan, including survey information such as topography and dimensional information; f. Initial planning phase of Project; g.
