El Camino College is seeking an Architect of Record (AOR) to prepare drawings and documents for bidding to Demolition Contractors. This Scope of Work includes Demolition of the CDC which was built in 1991. The College has retained a Hazardous Material consultant that is preparing the Report. Summary description includes the following: Building Area approximately 7,200 Sq. Ft Single Story – Height 19’6” Elevations of 4 major building sides – 18,20 Sq. Ft Construction Type V-N Demolition of Building except for IDF & Electrical room, which must be protected during demolition and finished with waterproofed lockable enclosure. Scope includes site demolition/removal of hardscape Properly cap gas/plumbing/sewer/storm water utilities clarification or correction. RFP Response Costs. All costs and expenses incurred by a Respondent to prepare and submit a response to this RFP and all other activities related to this RFP shall be borne solely and exclusively Site to be left level as possible Copies of original design drawings and Hazardous Materials report will be made available to the AOR selected.
