Survey, Replacement and/or repair of Existing Roofing System at San Andreas High School. The planned scope of work, pending site investigations, includes full removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, gutters and downspouts at three existing buildings. Buildings identified on attachment C to this RFP. Survey and maintenance recommendations to all other buildings at San Andreas HS to be included in scope. Additionally, dryrot repair of existing fascia at roof, windows and doors anticipated at all buildings at this site. Replacement of existing roof system at the Adult School Building, 375 Doherty Dr., Larkspur, CA. Includes roofing, gutters and rainwater leaders. Replacement in kind is assumed for the purpose of this RFP. Replacement and modernization of existing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems at San Andreas High School at all buildings. Including the addition of cooling at buildings/rooms/offices which are currently heat only.
