Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Software House Certification Certificate Provide Software House Software Support Agreement Provide Software House experienced / certified technicians Provide Authorized Software House Technical Support for system problems across hardware, operating systems, databases, C•CURE applications, and peripheral devices in analog and IP networks. Provide telephone response within 2 hours Provide on-site emergency service within 4 hours Provide for regulatory agency(s) compliance Provide highly experienced personnel and assistance to staff for associated operational activities. Provide six (6) maintenance visits annually every 2 months to perform preventative maintenance tasks detailed below Clean all Cameras (Once Annually) Perform performance check of Access Control Software and Hardware (Every Visit) Backup Access Control Database (Every Visit) Check all CCTV cameras and components (Every Visit) Check all CATV/MATV (as needed or every 6 months) Check Nurse Call Components, repair, replace components, and perform corrective maintenance. Include normal wear and tear and all labor and materials for repair of system components and software support.
