The City of Alhambra is seeking a consultant to prepare the following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reports: three (3) Annual Action Plans and three (3) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPERs). All required HUD reports must comply with applicable HUD regulations and be submitted within the deadlines established by HUD. In addition, the City is seeking professional assistance with the setup and maintenance of activities in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS), as well as Environmental Reviews in the HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS), on an asneeded basis as directed by City staff. The City intends to award a three (3) year contract, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms, contingent on consultant performance and mutual agreement.
