Licensing Processing o Provide a comprehensive animal licensing system with both online and in-person capabilities. o Maintain a secure and searchable database of licensed animals. o The system shall be capable of processing approximately 1,700 animal license renewals on a set period from September 1st to August 31st annually or based on rabies vaccination expiration date. o Process all new applications and renewals within two (2) business days of receipt. o Verify rabies vaccination information with provided documentation or through integration with local veterinary databases, if available. o Issue physical tags via mail within five to seven (5-7) business days of application approval. • Customer Service o Provide responsive customer service for licensing inquiries, including specified response times and resolution processes. o Provide customer support via phone and email, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. o Respond to all inquiries within one (1) business day. o Maintain a knowledge base or FAQ section on the licensing portal to address common questions.
