Provide professional consultant services to design a new traffic signal at the intersection of Airport Way and 6th Street and synchronize signals along Airport Way between Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd and Arch Airport Rd. A selection committee will comprehensively rank firms based on, but not limited to, proposals, qualifications, references, and other relevant information. The Consultant must be familiar with Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) and Carbon Reduction Program Local (CRPL) funded projects, Caltrans Local Assistance Programs Guidelines (LAPG) and Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM). Likewise, the Consultant and Consultant staff must demonstrate recent roundabout design experience. The consultant shall also provide assistance during the construction phase of the project.
