The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals for two contracts with qualified organizations that can provide advocacy services to children, youth, or non-minor dependents from 8 years to 21 years of age who have an open case or open referral with DCFS or are under the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles County Probation Department (Probation) and who are at-risk or victims of commercial exploitation, throughout the County of Los Angeles to Participants, their parents or legal guardians and primary caregivers (if applicable). The Contractor will also provide Advocacy Services to minors, 8 to 17 years old, who are at-risk or victims of commercial exploitation who are referred via a Community-Based Response Advocacy Services Referral (i.e., referral from school, parent/legal guardian/caregiver, and youth).
