The Consultant shall assist the City in developing the procedure and forms needed to conduct a Self-Evaluation of the City’s Right-of-Way, buildings, parks and parking lots for ADA compliance. The Consultant shall, but are not necessarily limited to, perform the following: Identify necessary documents, materials, and resources to conduct Self-Evaluation. Provide GIS data support to the City including inventory and mapping of barriers. Assist the City project team in developing a strategy to implement and complete the Self-Evaluation process. Compile and finalize Self-Evaluation Report. 6.4. Appropriate Standards The Self-Evaluation Plan shall utilize the appropriate standard(s) for the inspection that may include, but is not limited to: ADA 2010 Standards California Building Code ADA-ABA UFAS ANSI Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act Outdoor developed and recreational standards National Playground Safety Institute (NPSI) standards PROWAG – Federal Public Rights-of-way Guidelines California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CAMUTCD)
