Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Tehama is soliciting qualified consultants with significant Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), California accessibility law, and related California Code of Regulations (CCR) experience for the purpose of assessing the Countys current compliance with Title II of the ADA, Californias accessibility laws, and Title 24, Part 2 of the CCR. Work will include field inspections of County buildings and facilities that have public access, identification of accessibility issues, development of a grievance procedure, the creation of a Self-Evaluation Report, and the creation of a Transition Plan that is up-to-date, detailed, strategic, and phased. The final deliverables shall be a formalized grievance procedure, a Self-Evaluation Report, and a Transition Plan. These items are fully explained under the Scope of Services section.
