The successful Proposer’s assigned staff must have written and verbal English proficiency. The assigned staff may be required to travel to different sites with employees during the assigned shift as needed. The Accessibility Support Services Assistants will assist DPH employees in the following areas where assistive technology is not available or user friendly, including but not limited to: 1. Technology Assistance: a) Assistance with inputting information into or extracting information from the DPH Epic Electronic Health Record System and other legacy clinical, financial, and operational applications. b) Assistance with computer usage until the employees are proficient in using assistive technology tools. c) Assistance with accessing various online browser-based applications. d) Assistance with using various touch-screen equipment such as copiers and fax machines. 2. Meeting/Training Assistance a) Assistance in reading printed and handwritten notes, documents, forms, and files. b) Assistance with navigating online trainings offered in various Learning Management Systems (LMS). 3.
